On Saturday 20th May the Bridgwater Area Cycling Campaign are hosting their third annual Active Travel Day at the Bridgwater Town Hall.
Would you like to use your car a bit less? Maybe you already walk or cycle? Wherever you’re at, there’s bound to be something for you at this year’s event.
The Active Travel Day covers all aspects of getting out of the car and travelling in a way that benefits health, your pocket and the environment. They have a huge array of exhibitors, including On Your Bike, The Bicycle Workshop, The Bicycle Chain, Bus User Group, LifeCycle UK, Somerset public safety and the local PCSO’s.
On your Bike Bridgwater will be offering a first come first served repair service for bicycles and SASP will be there to talk about their walking and activity groups. Entry is Free and refreshments are being provided by the British Flag Carnival Club so pop into the Bridgwater Town Hall on Saturday 2oth May between 10am-3pm.
