On Monday the 8th May Bridgwater Town Council will be holding a Celebration Fete at Blake Gardens 11am- 3pm.
The fete will be four hours of community fun which everyone is invited to attend.
The fete will include performances from the Burnham and Highbridge Brass Band, the Elysian Twirlers, The Bridgwater Ukulele Strummers Club, Aaron Sax and the Chalice Morris Men.
Amusements include a bouncy castle, a goalie kick inflatable, children’s crown decorating competition, interactive circus skills , glitter tattoos, face painting and a tombola and raffle.
We will also have many stalls including crafts, home made cake, prize stalls, jams and preserves, gluten free and vegan cakes, pick n mix, and much much more.
Refreshments will be available from the Bridgwater Museum and various stalls.
We will also be holding a cake decorating competition for both adults and children.
Members of the community are invited to take part in our cake decorating competition.
Adults should bring along a decorated cake and children under the age of 14 are invited to bring decorated cupcakes (maximum of 4)
