Please be aware that we have received notification of a temporary road closure at Enmore Road, Durleigh for approximately 805 metres, which will commence on 14th April 2025 and is expected to last until 18th April 2025 (between 07:00 to 19.00hrs). These works are for Kiely Bros to carry out prep works, surface dressing and associated works on behalf of Somerset Highways, their works reference is LG018SD001005-KL-01.
These phased works will be for ONE DAY within the stated period and the road will be reopened when no works are taking place (in some instances works may be completed in a matter of hours). Signage will be placed on site. There may be a need for additional closures at a later date and noticfication will be sent for these.

These works are for Kiely Bros to carry out prep works, surface dressing and associated works on behalf of Somerset Highways, their works reference is LG018SD001006-KL-01.

The order becomes effective on 29th April 2025 and will remain in force for eighteen months.
The works are expected to commence on 6th May 2025 and last for 4 days (07:00 – 19:00) to enable Kiely Bros to carry out pre-surface dressing patching works on behalf of Somerset Highways. Solid diamond symbolization to be used on diversion route and will not clash with any other Kiely Bros works within the area.
The contractor has indicated that access for Emergency Services through the site is permitted on this occasion.

Somerset Council A39 Quantock Road, Bridgwater in the Parishes of Bridgwater, Wembdon and Durleigh
(Temporary 20mph Speed Limit) Order 2023
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, intends to make an Order, the effect of which will be to introduce the following temporary 20mph speed limit as detailed in the Schedule below.
This Order will come into operation on the 29th day of August 2023 and will remain in force for eighteen months.
The Works are expected to commence on the 10th day of September 2023 until the 31st day of October 2024 to enable Martin Grant Homes Limited a safe working area to carry out works to construct two new access junctions for the Cokerhurst Farm Development. The restrictions will only apply when indicated by traffic signs.
