This weekend, Bridgwater is set to dazzle with a series of exciting events that promise to captivate residents and visitors alike. The festivities kick off on the evening of Friday 1 November with a stunning fireworks display, funded by Bridgwater Town Council), followed by the much-anticipated Bridgwater Carnival on Saturday 2 November.
Adding to the weekend’s activities, the docks will host a special event titled ‘Searching for the Moon’.
Families and friends are invited to enjoy the fireworks at St Matthews Field and then head to the docks for the Night Market, where they can participate in the magical search for the Moon.
This unique experience will feature a mesmerising lighting show that transforms the sky and the atmosphere of the docks and attendees will have the opportunity to use cutting-edge technology, thanks to Somerset Film, to find the Moon and place it back in the docks.
