Calling all budding photographers!
The hunt is on for photographs to represent Bridgwater in the town’s official Calendar, published by Bridgwater Town Council.
We are looking for images of Bridgwater that cover all season and the winners will be selected and included in our 2025 Calendar.
Photographs must be of Bridgwater and could be of the parks and gardens, the river, canal, historic landmarks or events taking place.
Open to both amateur and experienced photographers, people of all ages are invited to submit their favourite images that truly capture the spirit of Bridgwater.
Photographs must be submitted by the closing date of Friday 20 September 2024.
To enter, simply send your photograph(s) to [email protected]create new email in jpg/high-resolution format, along with your name, address, telephone number and where in Bridgwater it was taken.
Please note entrants are asked to submit a maximum of three photographs and they can be as creative as they wish!
Successful applicants will be presented with a complimentary Calendar.
Cllr Brian Smedley, Chair of the Communities Committee said:
“ I can’t wait to celebrate the creativity and talent of people within our local community and to see what Bridgwater means to those participants who enter.”
The winning images will be featured on the Town Council website, social media channels and marketing materials.
