Bridgwater Arts Centre is delighted to announce the reopening of its Gallery on Saturday 13 September, marked by a striking new exhibition from acclaimed photographer Marko Dutka.
The exhibition forms part of Somerset Art Weeks Open Studios 2025, a county-wide celebration of creativity and artistic talent.
Running from 13 to 28 September, Somerset Open Studios invites visitors to discover the vibrant work of local artists and makers. Over 16 days, audiences can enjoy exhibitions, workshops, and behind-the-scenes access to creative spaces across Somerset.
Dutka’s exhibition will be a powerful and thought-provoking highlight of this year’s programme, offering a unique visual experience right in the heart of Bridgwater. The exhibition will run until 4 October and will be open to the public Tuesday to Saturday, from 10.00am to 3.00pm.
Please note: due to ongoing building works, the Arts Centre is not yet fully accessible.
In addition to the exhibition, September will see the Arts Centre welcome Stephen K Amos, Average Blues Band and Tin Giants, as well as a lively Drag Bingo Night.
