Moving Mums is a FREE soft introduction to whole body movement, with a flare of music! A chance to get active with the little one or on your own across 8x sessions!

• Movement for core strength & gently stretching out tension.
• For any mum ages 16+
• New borns and toddlers welcome!

*Adults only need to book tickets, ticket is inclusive of your babies/toddlers attending
