Welcome to our family growing club funded by Somerset Community Foundation. We will start on Friday 9th of September with a short course running over 4 weeks and continuing in the spring with a longer course.

In this course you will learn more about why and how to grow your own vegetables. You will learn more about the importance of a healthy soil, how to make your own raised bed, what vegetables you can easily grow at home and how to grow some nice edible sprouts like alfalfa sprouts, mung beans and cress in your window sills at home this autumn and winter.

You will also get the opportunity to learn more about healthy eating and can purchase a home-made healthy meal at an affordable price from our young volunteers.
