Centre of Sustainable Energy are offering small grants of £300 – £5,000 to community organisations in Wiltshire, Swindon and Somerset
Their aim is to increase the capacity for organisations to deliver energy advice supporting vulnerable people in their communities.
This funding opportunity is open to all community organisations who have been involved (or wish to be involved) in the Rural Communities Energy Support Network.
The aim of the funding is to enable your organisation to support vulnerable people in your community with energy advice. The funding can be used for a range of activities including training and capacity building, staff time, volunteer expenses, publicity, event costs and energy saving kit.
The funding will be awarded on a rolling basis which means there is no deadline for submitting an application. Once the funding has been fully allocated they will no longer take applications.
Please do share this opportunity with any other community organisation who might be interested. They would ask that anyone applying joins the network if they are not already a member.
If you have any questions or would like to apply to the fund, please email [email protected] and you will be sent the application form.
