As part of Bridgwater Town Council’s commitment to maintain and improve standards in Bridgwater, King Square, The Cornhill, Fore Street and High Street have recently been cleaned using high pressure cleaning techniques.
One of Bridgwater’s landmark statues, Admiral Blake, also received a wash and brush up.
High pressure cleaning techniques will be used twice a year alongside the regular cleaning undertaken by Bridgwater Town Council Operatives to help keep the streets of Bridgwater clean.
Look out for more improvements to these areas as Bridgwater Town Council is also replacing litter bins with dual recycling bins to help make it as easy as possible for people to recycle when out and about in Bridgwater.
A new online form is also available to report cleanliness issues on the streets of Bridgwater, opens in a new windowReporting form (office.com) to reinforce the commitment to work with the community for the community.
