Living well with Type II Diabetes
The 6 week Living Well with Diabetes course will focus around making manageable and sustainable changes to your lifestyle to live well with diabetes. We will cover a range of topics through the 6 weeks, including the effects of physical activity on type 2 diabetes, eating healthily and strategies for sticking to a healthy diet, we will also look at how diabetes can affect your mental health as well as physical health.
This course is a group offering the opportunity to talk to others living with type 2 diabetes and get group support on the challenges you may face as well as sharing successes with others who understand what it is like to live with diabetes.
