Anyone can pop into the library on Tuesday 27th September between 9.45am-11.45am to meet with staff from Public Health who will be able to help and support you with monitoring your blood pressure, how to use an at-home blood pressure monitor, take your blood pressure and help with any questions you many have.

You can also borrow a Blood Pressure Monitor on your library membership FREE OF CHARGE!
