Richard has lived in Bridgwater for most of his life, growing up in social housing and attending local schools. Richard is an electrician and renewables engineer with a degree in the Earth/Environmental sciences.
Richard’s aim is to help make Bridgwater a better place to live, work, and visit by listening to residents and making sure their views are heard and taken into account.
Some improvements Richard would like to see are: better social housing, mental health and addiction services; more youth involvement and facilities; bringing life back into the town centre; and policies that will ensure a just transition to a better, livable future.
