David joined Bridgwater Town Council as Town Clerk and CEO in November 2018. David was previously with Langport Town Council as their Town Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer. David is a Fellow of the Society of Local Council Clerks.
David holds the Certificate in Local Council Administration (CiLCA) and is an approved CiLCA trainer. David also holds a BA Honours Degree in Community Governance degree and is now part of the teaching team for this degree. David is currently studying his master’s in Public Leadership with De Montfort University.
